DA-3PCS provides clients with Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis, a summary matrix detailing areas of current benefit and other areas for potential improvements. Clients will work with a DA-3PCS consultant to address each matrix area and create customized Business Expansion, Improvement Program Plans of Action (BEIPPA).

Document Assistance: DA-3PCS provides a review of the applications and supporting documentation for registrations certifications, employment, education, electronic document & data storage, management, and update services, facility records systems and hard copy remediation and etc.
Financial Assistance Acquisition: DA-3PCS assists in the identification, and support for preparation and completion of loan and bond program applications, provide the appropriate contacts for standard commercial and alternative debt options (loans, lines of credit, etc).
